Highway to Hell: The Effect of Product Convenience and Usefulness on Interest in Using Mandiri e-Toll in Makassar City Highway

This study aims to determine the effect of convenience and usefulness product on interest in using Mandiri e-Toll people Makassar City. The population this are e-Money card users. number samples used as many 100 a questionnaire. data analysis technique is multiple linear regression Statistical Product Service Solution (SPSS) v.23. Multiple equation produces Y = 0.301 + 0.792X1 - 0.192X2. results found that variables simultaneously had significant influence consumer variable. Partially two independent also have dependent correlation determination (R Square) value 0.604 or 60.4%. means percentage variables, namely usefulness, While remaining 39.6% influenced explained by other not included research model.
